Hello, I began my career in graphic design by supporting small business and startups. I loved the problem-solving aspect of every design project- it felt like solving complex math problems, but with even greater depth and creativity. My journey started at the International Institute of Boston, a nonprofit organization that hosts the Bridges to Business program. There I learned the foundations of identity design and promotional design, which sparked my passion for the field and inspired me to dream bigger.
Fascinated by creating art through digital mediums, I was eager to explore every aspect of the field. This led me to join Stahl’s DFC in Masontown, Pennsylvania, where I gained experienced in apparel printing while also contributing to seasonal promotional design projects for the company.
My path took a pivotal turn when I read Don Norman’s The Design of Every Things. It ignited my interest in interation design and opened my eyes to the broader impact of user-centered design. Around the same time, my family relocated due to my husband’s new job. I saw this as an opportunity to fully commit to pursuing a career in visual and UX design.
Today I am driven by a mission to solve real-world challenges through thoughtful and impactful design. My goal is to be remembered as a problem-solver who transforms discomforts into seamless, user-friendly experience.
